About the role The Enterprise Applications Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that TechnologyOne ERP and other key applications are not only well-supported but strategically aligned with business needs. This role provides a balance of technical leadership, vendor management, roadmap development, and business engagement, making it essential for the success of enterprise systems within the organisation. The Enterprise Applications Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the management, development, and optimisation of enterprise applications to ensure they meet business needs and drive operational efficiency. This role provides leadership to the applications team, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals. - $132,135.64 pa + 12% Superannuation Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Tertiary or IT qualification or 5 Years experience in a related IT discipline
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated technical experience in managing enterprise applications, including Technology One ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for business needs with vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights and guidance on enterprise application issues.
- Strong knowledge of technical requirements and architectural standards.
