Registered Nurse Churches of Christ, Residential Aged Care – Stanthorpe, QLD – Permanent Full-Time

- Salary packaging up to $18,549 p.a. tax free plus generous leave About the Role: This role will see you working within our 101 bed Residential Aged Care home at Stanthorpe supporting our residents and staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Conducting baseline and focused clinical assessments
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Wound care management
- Supporting and leading care staff on shift
- Liaising with residents, families and staff
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies About You Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community? Essential:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in aged care
- Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
