Description
This role serves as temporary backfill support during maternity leave, with primary focus on ensuring continuity of HR systems operations while supporting ongoing system improvements and initiatives.
- System Administration (Priority 1): Maintain and monitor HRIS modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Management), including basic configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
- User Support & Issue Resolution (Priority 1): Act as the first point of contact for system-related concerns, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for HR partners and employees. Manage and monitor helpdesk tickets to meet agreed service levels.
- Data Management & Reporting (Priority 2): Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through regular validation. Generate standard reports such as employee masterlists and transaction reports as required.
- Training & Documentation (Priority 2): Update and maintain user guides, FAQs, and video playbooks to support user adoption and minimize recurring inquiries.
- Project & Continuous Improvement Support (Priority 3): Support ongoing initiatives by assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting business requirements, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, as bandwidth allows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3q2ar7
