Personal Care Worker Churches of Christ, Residential Aged Care – Stanthorpe, QLD Permanent Part-Time About the Role: In this role, you will provide direct personal care and support to residents, assisting them with daily living activities in line with individual care plans. You will work closely with Registered and Enrolled Nurses, contributing to a safe, respectful and supportive setting for residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
- Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff About You You are a caring and committed and someone who values teamwork and understands the importance of delivering high‑quality, resident‑centred care.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (or working towards it)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights
