Registered Nurse (Stanthorpe)

Registered Nurse – Stanthorpe, QLD – Churches of Christ Residential Aged Care. Permanent full‑time. Supportive, values‑driven organisation. About the Role This role will see you working within our 101‑bed Residential Aged Care home at Stanthorpe supporting our residents and staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team workplace. Responsibilities
- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Conducting baseline and focused clinical assessments
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Wound care management
- Supporting and leading care staff on shift
- Liaising with residents, families and staff
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in aged care
- Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – sponsorship not available
