Graphic Designer (Southern Downs Regional)

Bright Future is looking to appoint a Graphics Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team. Responsibilities The role requires visualizing, creating, and designing communications material for print and digital platforms. Broadly, this would involve:
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Testing graphics across various media
- Designing photo essays, presentations, posters, email communications, and other creatives Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate with 5 plus years prior work experience in a similar role
- Exceptional artistic, aesthetic, and design sense
- High level of proficiency with design software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Solid understanding of brand identity and branding tools
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Ability to work well with people
- Self-motivation and proactive attitude
- Ability to ideate and come up with recent ways of executing existing ideas
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver within deadlines
