You'll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards
- Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets
- Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
- Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly
- Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement About You
- Must be able to commit to possible Nightshift and Weekend work
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products
- Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to manufacturing, trade or production environments
- Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Willing to commit to a 24/6 rotating roster
