Are you passionate about authentic Indian cuisine? Spirit of Punjab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our team full time. If you have experience in Indian cooking and a love for creating delicious, traditional dishes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, including tandoori items, curries, biryanis, and breads such as naan and roti. Follow traditional recipes to ensure consistent quality and authentic flavors. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times. Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver excellent food service during peak hours. Adapt dishes to customer preferences while maintaining authenticity. Assist with menu development and daily specials. Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements: Proven experience as a cook in an Indian restaurant or similar environment. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisine. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Commitment to food safety and cleanliness. Positive communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
