Vehicle Compliance/ Maintenance Officer (Saint Arnaud)

Campus negotiable Permanent full time, 80 hours per fortnight (accruing 1 ADO per month) To work across all campuses with Campus base negotiable Monday – Friday Part time hours considered East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service across five campuses encompassing the communities of Birchip, Donald, Charlton, St Arnaud & Wycheproof in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria. An excellent opportunity is now available for a Vehicle Compliance/ Maintenance officer to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet vehicles and essential services are safe, reliable and ready to support staff across our campuses and community. From maintaining vehicles and equipment to responding to maintenance requests and supporting preventative maintenance programs, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and practical work. The role contributes to the upkeep and presentation of our buildings, grounds, plant and furnishings while helping ensure our facilities remain functional, compliant and welcoming for staff, patients and visitors alike. Travel between campuses is required so a current Victorian Driver’s Licence is essential. The role participates in an on call roster. Campus base is negotiable but initial training will take place at St Arnaud Campus.
