Duties

Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.

Follow established care plans.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.

Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

Qualifications

Cert III in Individual Support or another relevant field.

Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).

Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).

Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain).

Recent and relevant experience in a similar role.

Two skilled references.

Unrestricted Australian Driver's License (required if providing community access support or driving facility vehicles).

Comprehensive car insurance (or willing to obtain – required if using own vehicle for work purposes).
