Customer Service Receptionist (Newton)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Service Receptionist** to join our dynamic team at Dons Auto & Diesel Service in Newton, SA. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a warm and professional welcome while handling a variety of administrative and customer service duties.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for our mechanics
- Handling cash and credit card transactions for services and parts
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the automotive or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
- A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers

Pay: $49,900.00
