Be the welcoming face of our team!.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dons Auto & Diesel Service in Newton, SA. In this full time position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a warm and skilled welcome while handling a variety of administrative and customer service duties.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for our mechanics
Handling cash and credit card transactions for services and parts
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the automotive or service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers
