- Secure and free staff car park Our Customer Service team are looking for energetic, passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team at Campbelltown City Council. About the role To thrive in this role, you’re someone who finds it easy to build and maintain positive relationships to be able to provide a great customer experience. The role will see you respond to customer enquiries over the phone in our contact centre, on email and manage the day-to‑day operation at our front counter in a high volume and fast paced environment. If you’re agile, dynamic and love working with people where every day is a great day for making an impact with customers, then this role is for you. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes
- Passion for providing a fantastic customer experience
- Experience working in a contact centre
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Highly developed computer skills with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment
- Experience handling cash and processing payments
