We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticService Advisorto join the team at Nissan in Campbelltown . As aService Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills. Key Responsibilities;
- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs About you: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a genuine focus on customer care, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions while keeping things moving in a busy workplace. You will have:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly regarded) or in banking, real estate, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- A professional, proactive, and confident in presentation
- KPI-driven with the ability to upsell additional work where required
- Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) advantageous
