- Ingleburn location Oversee the running of a high performing distribution centre, implement strategies to increase performance & deliver exceptional service standards. The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S; practices. You will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and grown of our business. You will be responsible for:
- Organising and motivating work teams within your section
- Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
- Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
- Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Robust knowledge of safe work practices
