We are seeking a Casual Yard & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our company warehouse and yard in Ingleburn for 1-2 days a week. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Casual Yard & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our company warehouse and yard in Ingleburn for 1-2 days a week. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and hands‑on individual who takes pride in maintaining an organised warehouse environment and ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained and ready for upcoming projects. This role will suit someone with practical mechanical aptitude and experience working with trailers, pumps, small engines or construction‑related equipment. Key responsibilities in this position include:
- General tidying and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Inspecting, caring for and maintaining equipment stored within the warehouse including trailers, pumps and associated equipment.
- Managing receipt of deliveries and collections, including equipment returning from site.
- Transporting small engines and equipment to external repairers using company vehicles.
- Taking trailers for registration inspections and ensuring compliance requirements are maintained.
- Preparing task lists and rainy‑day works for site teams.
- Preparing, organising and checking equipment for upcoming projects and site mobilisation.
- Assisting with general warehouse coordination and equipment tracking activities. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a flexible, self‑motivated and enthusiastic person with the following:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, equipment or construction support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Practical mechanical aptitude and confidence working with pumps, trailers, small engines and general equipment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise daily tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking hands‑on duties.
- Experience towing trailers highly regarded.
