Group FP&A Manager (City of Campbelltown)

The Role We are seeking a commercially focused Group FP&A; Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team at our Head Office in Ingleburn, NSW. This hands‑on role is key to driving financial insights, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision‑making across multiple countries. You will work closely with operational, commercial, and finance teams to understand business drivers, translate data into actionable insights, and guide the business towards sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights
- Analyse revenue, margins, cost structures, productivity, and operational performance
- Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, cost optimisation, and capital investment
- Conduct financial analysis for acquisitions, due diligence, and integration
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes and reporting About You
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 6–10+ years’ experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or business analysis
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI) highly desirable
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
