We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and flexible Disability Support Workers to join our In-Home Support team in Strathalbyn!

We provide the support you need to help develop your career including paid on the job training, annual refreshers, and paid induction training when you first start.

- **Providing Person-Centred Care**: With your relaxed and understanding approach, you'll ensure each individual's needs are met.
- ** Communicating Effectively**: Your excellent communication skills will shine, and if you can use key word signing, that's a fantastic bonus! If you don’t, you’ll need to be prepared to learn.
- ** Working Flexible Hours**: Enjoy the flexibility of some shorter shifts to complement your work/ life balance (shortest shift is 2 hours)
- ** Supporting Clients in Line with Their Choices**: You'll support clients in their homes, respecting their choices and preferences.

**_You’ll have:_**
- The willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training, Certificate III Individual support advantageous
- students welcomed.
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Protected Environments for Children & Young People
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian driver’s license
