We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis and help us coordinate client NDIS plans, negotiate appropriate support, and access a range of mainstream services and community support.If you have related qualifications and/or experience and are seeking a rewarding role at a team-oriented organisation, this could be for you.You can expect:

We will value:

A sector relevant qualification, e.g. Bachelor of Social Work/ Psychology, Allied Health, Health Sciences or Community Services.

A track record of supporting participants to access the right supports, to develop and achieve sustainable goals in line with their NDIS plan.

The expertise to build the capacity of clients and their networks to coordinate their own supports.

Your excellent assessment and planning skills that enhance outcomes for people with NDIS funded support.
