We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Services Team Leader to oversee our dedicated Client Services Officers at Connecting Care Support Services. **About the Role**: As the Client Services Team Leader, you will play a critical role in leading our Client Services team, directly overseeing two Client Service Officers (CSOs). You will ensure they are supported in their daily tasks and complex issue resolution, provide performance feedback, and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with our Human Resources Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- **Leadership & Team Development**: Coach, mentor, and guide CSOs to ensure they reach their full potential. Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, team meetings, and delegate tasks effectively to foster growth and collaboration.
- **Performance Management**: Provide regular performance feedback and manage disciplinary actions as needed, ensuring alignment with HR guidelines and company policies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Lead the team in managing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure the delivery of excellent service that aligns with each client’s individual needs and preferences.
- **Client Documentation & Reporting**: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, including NDIS plan reviews, incident reports, daily progress notes, WHS reports, and other relevant client records.
- **Data Management & Compliance**: Maintain compliance with data collection requirements and oversee timely reporting and documentation submission in line with relevant standards.

**About You**: **To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally in the Disability or related sector (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications, including a minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (willing to enrol in further study if required).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
- Blue Card & Yellow Card (or willing to obtain).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.35
- $40.05 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
