We need another excellent Property Manager to join our team. Here is a quick snapshot:

- Portfolio based
- The leadership team spend time with our people to help develop their skills in work and personal life
- This is a place to grow your career and develop your leadership skills (our favourite leadership book is “Leadership Strategy and Tactics” by Jocko Willink
- required reading for all team members and you will receive a copy of this book)
- We are not clock watchers, all we care about is that our customers are being looked after extremely well and that your colleagues love working with you
- If you want flexibility to work from the office or home, we encourage it
- We have a full time leasing agent in place already and a team that works extremely well together and is pretty easy going
- Admin support provided such as processing invoices, following up maintenance, lease renewals and more
- You will be working with a team of go getters. Our team works to an exceptional standard
- At the start of covid, we didn’t let anyone go, we focused on providing a better service and growing

Experience required: Capable of looking after at least 140 landlords/tenants and doing a standout job. If you haven’t worked as a property manager before but have worked in a real estate office for a minimum of 2 years and are 100% up for the challenge, then apply

This is a role where you will be counted on by clients and team members and you will need to be available outside normal hours. If you are rushing to switch off at 5pm then this is not the role for you. We are here to help and support our team be their best.
