Supervise employees to carry out production tasks, rationally allocate and utilize resources, and complete production tasks under the premise of ensuring quality.

Responsible for production schedule, personnel deployment, attendance, and assessment.

Responsible for quality control, 5S and EHS work on production site.

Update production-related data and reports in time.

Responsible for solving the abnormal situation in the production site or communicating with relevant departments for support and joint solution.

Train recent workers on company operating procedures and standards.

Comply with company EHS requirements to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
