**About you**

You are energetic, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment while being highly organised and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who is confident managing executive-level tasks, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

As a Personal Assistant to the ELC Executive Director, you will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist with planning and operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and maintain confidentiality will be key. If you love keeping things running smoothly and working in a warm, child-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
- Has an outstanding attention to detail.
- Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
