**About the role**
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to; Provide robust leadership to staff to ensure a work culture that embeds individual performance, accountability and respectful working relationships with others.
Regularly update, inform and ensure that the Residential Services Manager is aware of any changes, incidents or other matters relating to the administration services. Effectively supervise, guide, support and train administration services staff. Ensuring HR requirements for new appointments and changes are processed accurately in a timely manner. Ensuring all roster schedules are accurate and current as per authorised variation to contracted hours requests and distributed accordingly. Performing all financial administration tasks with diligence, personal accountability and in accordance with fiduciary responsibilities.
- Ensuring all resident records are kept up to date, including personal details, financial transactions, admissions and discharges.

Experience in the supervision and coordination of staff.
Demonstrated experience in a complex administration role with a focus on dealing with residents / public and family members. Experience in financial administration including accounts payable, receivable and management of client/resident funds. Experience working within legislative and other compliance requirements.
- Applicants with a certificate in Administrative Services or similar will be highly regarded
