**Join the Bone Density Unit as an Administration Officer!**

**About the role**: Reporting to the Bone Density Manager in the Bone Density Unit, as the Administration Officer, your role will provide a customer-focused reception service for patients, families and other consumers; provide best-practice administrative services to ensure productive and effective day to day management. You will be required to provide relief of reception duties to the Southern Adelaide Endocrine and Diabetes Service (SADES) on occasions. Duties will include:

- Liaising with the Bone Density Manager to ensure appropriate patient bookings are made,
- Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all patients, families and visitors upon arrival,
- Monitoring workflow, prioritising work and meeting deadlines,
- Coordinating and facilitating the billing of Rights of Private Practice Medicare compliant patients.

**About you**:

- Experience in an outpatient setting desirable,
- Pleasant, customer focused manner with an ability to empathise and respond to a diverse range of people,
- Demonstrated ability to be positive and adapt to change,
- Experience in working autonomously as well as part of a team.
