Production Supervisor (Marion)

- Supervise employees to carry out production tasks, rationally allocate and utilize resources, and complete production tasks under the premise of ensuring quality.
- Responsible for production schedule, personnel deployment, attendance, and assessment.
- Responsible for quality control, 5S and EHS work on production site.
- Update production-related data and reports in time.
- Responsible for solving the abnormal situation in the production site or communicating with relevant departments for support and joint solution.
- Train recent workers on company operating procedures and standards.
