About the role The Project Manager, based in Adelaide, will support the project management team in overseeing the deployment of PhotonAssay™ systems around the world. This role requires experience in logistics, installation and commissioning, time management and delivery of complex technology into an operating environment. What you will do Project Planning & Process Improvement
- Lead projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines relating to the deployment of PhotonAssay™ systems.
- Arrange and lead meetings and take notes.
- Support process improvement initiatives. Installation & Commissioning
- Responsibility and accountability for managing the installation and commissioning process, including identification of installation sites, oversight of installation requirements, and local authorities licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Responsibility for product commissioning, including liaison with customers and their sub‑contractors, schedule planning, and coordination of on‑site and remote technical teams.
- Frequent travel to deployment sites, primarily within the APAC region with additional travel to other regions as project demand requires, to perform site surveys and support deployment activities.
- Support and manage installation and commissioning activities onsite and remotely across different time zones.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems/ processes to improve the way in which we manage deployment. Team collaboration
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to peers where appropriate.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performance team environment. General Responsibilities

- Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Who you are Essential
- A tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least three years’ experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in office software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able and willing to travel both interstate and internationally, including to remote locations such as mine sites, subject to applicable travel restrictions.
- Attention to detail and highly organised Desirable
- Experience with the mining industry and mine‑site operations or experience with civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience in a diverse environment.
- Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks, including those both ‘above’ and ‘below’ the designated role.
- Familiarity with additional office productivity software such as SharePoint and Project
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
