- AU$41.00 per hour Job Description We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be diverse and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference. What We’re Looking For
- Have Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
- Have experience in high care, mental health, trauma‑informed care, or behaviours of concern
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
- Have a full and clean Australian driver’s licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
- Possess positive communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
- Remain calm and qualified in challenging situations Additional Requirements
