The Opportunity

Come and discover the chance to join our Fielders business in our Marion team as a Customer Service Representative. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

This is a Monday to Friday, 7:30am
- 4:00pm day shift chance.

What Will You Do?

This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you’ll be responsible for the following:

collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
- including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable

prepare and follow up on customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia

providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information

resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer’s experience

ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly
