You’re a confident and compassionate nurse ready to step into a leadership support role. With strong clinical judgement and a cooperative approach, you’ll help guide care delivery, support staff and uphold safe, high quality practice. Hold AHPRA nursing registration and practising certificate Deliver safe, evidence‑based care in acute settings Communicate clearly and resolve issues with care Support, supervise and guide nursing team members Work within quality, safety and clinical standards
