This position is designated for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only under the provisions of section 126 of the Anti‑Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). We are seeking a candidate well versed across Indigenous community engagement, with an active interest in improving the future self‑determination of Indigenous entrepreneurs, business owners, and enterprising communities. The University of Sydney Business School, a globally renowned school ranked in the top 1% worldwide in business and management education, in partnership with the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce Inc (NSWICC) is co‑delivering the Indigenous Supplier Development Program to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs to sustainably grow their businesses. Role overview As the Senior Program Officer, you will provide project management support and act as the core liaison point between the University of Sydney Business School and NSWICC, and as a point of contact for participants in the newly launched Indigenous Supplier Development Program. You will assist in driving the success of this business accelerator program and enhancing the experience of all program participants. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to support program delivery.
- Maintain accurate program information.
- Provide project management and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in the program delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement cycle.
- Coordinate academic faculty, industry partners and the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce team to ensure partnership goals are met and a seamless program experience.
