**About the role**

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. Assisting with the positioning of patients during procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

This position is Full Time worked as 75 hours per fortnight.

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
