Robert Half are partnering with a prominent mining and exploration firm in Subiaco, seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a to lead a team during a 6-month project with an immediate start required. They're in need of a skilled individual to lead their accounts receivable function and drive financial excellence within their team. The Role

Implement proactive credit control measures, closely monitoring outstanding balances to minimise bad debt risks and ensure financial stability.

Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and billing discrepancies, fostering seamless communication and problem-solving.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the process.

Generate regular reports and conduct detailed analysis on accounts receivable status, identifying trends and proposing improvement strategies to optimise financial performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the mining or related industries.

Familiarity with the SAGE system and proficiency in accounting software for managing financial data and generating reports.

Solid background in credit control, demonstrating the ability to implement effective collection strategies and mitigate financial risks.

Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
