About the role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. Assisting with the positioning of patients during procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.
This position is Full Time worked as 75 hours per fortnight.
Role requirements

A genuine passion for helping people & providing quality patient care
The ability to work effectively within a team setting
Proven attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly in different situations
A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy
Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
