About the role We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic, supportive team. You’ll manage a portfolio (mainly inner-city and southern suburbs) and enjoy strong internal support. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all tenant and landlord communications
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- New tenant sign-ups and final inspections
- Bond disposals and arrears management
