Accounts Officer (Subiaco)

We’re partnering with a Perth-based organisation within the aged care sector that is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join their supportive team on a permanent part-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Generation and management of invoices and monthly statements
- Monthly billing reviews and reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, including coding to budget and entering invoices into the accounting system
- Monitoring utility and service invoicing and identifying discrepancies or abnormalities
- Processing reimbursements, credit card payments, and banking
- Tracking purchase orders and preparing monthly accrual information
- Maintaining the asset register
- Supporting operational administration, including compliance documentation and service agreements
- Providing general administrative and reception support across the wider team About You
- Previous experience in accounts administration or a finance support role
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Confident, kind and professional communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support others
