**Position Purpose**

Esteemed Financial Services Pty Ltd (trading as Esteemed Home Loans) is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to expand its business.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact all new enquiries to engage and determine their finance requirements.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Assess clients financial position to determine their capacity to attain lending and provide recommendations in line with the assessments.
- Educate clients on the various mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Processing loans from submission to settlement and liaising with all related parties such as banks, solicitors, realtors.
- Provide clients with timely and relevant updates on the processing of their loans.
- Regular ongoing contact with clients to provide ongoing services
- Ensure compliance with all banking and financial legislation and codes of conduct
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- At least 2 years of experience in financial sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Energetic and driven personality
- Solid communication skills

- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers
