About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic, supportive team. You’ll manage a portfolio (mainly inner-city and southern suburbs) and enjoy robust internal support.
Key responsibilities include: Manage all tenant and landlord communications Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews Coordinate repairs and maintenance New tenant sign-ups and final inspections Bond disposals and arrears management Oversee day-to-day operations of your portfolio and achieve KPIs
