We are launching a new health and longevity hub in Subiaco, bringing together some of Perth’s most advanced health services under one roof, including full body MRI, DEXA body composition scanning, IV therapy and The Longevity Lab.

This is not a traditional healthcare environment. Our vision is to create a seamless, elevated experience where clients feel known, understood, and expertly guided through their health journey, across multiple services, in one place.

We are seeking a Wellness Concierge to become the central point of contact for our clients and the face of this experience.
- The Role_

As the Wellness Concierge, you will curate the client experience from arrival through to follow-up, ensuring every interaction feels personal, effortless, and considered. You will act as the connector across all services within the hub, helping clients navigate their journey with clarity and confidence. This is a role for someone who naturally anticipates needs, remembers the smallest details, and takes pride in creating a refined, high-touch environment.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome, recognising clients by name and creating an immediate sense of familiarity
- Anticipate client needs and manage the flow of the space with calm precision
- Coordinate bookings and experiences across multiple services (MRI, DEXA, IV therapy, longevity consultations)
- Guide clients through their broader health journey, not just individual appointments
- Build genuine relationships and remember personal preferences, goals, and touchpoints
- Ensure a consistent, premium experience across all practitioners and services within the hub
- Support a seamless, well-paced environment that reflects a private, members-style setting
- About You_
- Background in hospitality, luxury services, premium retail, or a high-end client-facing environment
- Naturally attentive, observant, and detail-oriented
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Polished, confident communicator with a warm and professional presence
- Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences
- An interest in health, wellness, and preventative care is highly regarded

Pay: $60,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
