**ABOUT THE CHANCE**: Subiaco AFC are looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach along with a Physio / Sports Trainer to join our dynamic team. These roles are vital to supporting athlete health, performance, and wellbeing in a high-performance football environment.

**Physio / Sports Trainer**: We require a physio / sports trainer to help deliver sport specific First Aid, strapping and injury management to support player safety and recovery.

**Duties**:

- Provide First Aid and injury treatment during training and matches.
- Strap players for injury prevention and joint stability.
- Monitor and assess injuries, documenting treatment and recovery.
- Assist with warm-ups and match day preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Level 1 Sports Trainer Accreditation
- First Aid Qualification
- Current Working With Children Check

**Strength & Conditioning Coach**: We require a strength & conditioning coach to enhance performance through tailored strength and conditioning programs, injury prevention strategies, and recovery support.

**Duties**:

- Design and deliver sport-specific conditioning programs.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate injury prevention into training.
- Advise athletes on recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or certification in Exercise/Sports Science
- Experience in athletic performance coaching
- Current Working With Children Check

**CONTACT HOURS**:

- Tuesday & Thursday: 5:45pm
- 7:00pm
- Weekend Games: Approx. 4 hours (mostly Sundays)

**REMUNERATION**: Based on contact hours, qualifications, and experience.
