**Our Family**:

- We are a family of three, including our 3-month-old son. My partner and I run our own business, which keeps us busy and requires us to work alternating shifts. This setup allows one of us to be at home with our son most of the time, but we are seeking additional support to help manage our daily routines more smoothly. Our household is warm, loving, and focused on creating a nurturing environment for our little one.

**Your Duties**:

- The caregiver's main duties will include: Assisting with looking after our son during transition periods, such as when we are preparing for work. Occasionally caring for him alone for short periods if one of us has to leave before the other arrives home. Ensuring our son is comfortable, fed, and entertained as needed. Supporting the establishment of a consistent routine to help us balance our work and family life. This support is required for approximately 3 hours per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, starting from the beginning of February.

- Our ideal caregiver is nurturing, reliable, and experienced in working with infants. They should be patient and adaptable, understanding the needs of a young baby while being comfortable stepping in during busy or transitional times.
