Nestled in suburban Subiaco, our urban distillery is the melting-pot of conception, creation and connection. We’ve worked to create a hidden gem, servicing our guests with handcrafted, artisan gin
- seasonal cocktails, craft wine and beer, and local gourmet food.

With our abundance of leafy flora intersecting with the copper and steel of the distillery equipment, our vision is a place that’s emblematic of our ‘bush to bottle’ process and filled with the warmth created by our friendly staff and your company.

Every week we run tastings, masterclasses, workshops and functions alongside our beautiful copper still.

**About the role**

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Bar service including mixed drinks and cocktails, customer service, spirit knowledge.
- Day-to-day customer service of the bar, ensuring that all guests have the best possible experience.
- Assisting with delivery of cocktail classes, distillation events, spirit tastings and education.
- Providing product and customer experience feedback to the wider team.
- Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction and promotion of our brand through great customer service level
- Assisting with the day-to-day table booking management
- Assisting with the function and event execution
- Ensuring OH&S; requirements are always adhered to
- Ensuring good judgement and a responsible attitude towards the service of alcohol is always adhered to across the team
- Assisting and training to assist with the production team

**About you**

Our growing team is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and friendly bartender with understanding and interest in the spirit industry.
- An interest in spirits creation and distillation process.
- A proactive can do attitude, able to adapt and improve when required
- Exceptional time management
- Strong communication skills and charismatic oratory
- A desire to learn and share knowledge in an enlightened, fun and engaging way
- A keen interest in hospitality and focus on delivering great service
- Attention to detail
- Hardworking, self motivated, dedicated and reliable

- 10 pm Thursday; 3
- 10 pm Friday; 1 pm to 10pm Saturday.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00
- $30.00 per hour
