**About the Role**: Bento Box Design Studio is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with room to grow within the agency. If you love the idea of working in a small, creative studio with a wide variety of clients and a close-knit team, this could be the perfect fit for you!
We’re looking for a recent graduate who's eager to put their marketing knowledge into action. If you’re quick on your feet and have fresh, out-of-the-box ideas, we want to hear them! Your input, enthusiasm, and drive to help us improve how we do things are exactly what we’re looking for.
Please note, this position is for an immediate start.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the management of social media calendars and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok for both the company and clients, ensuring a steady flow of exciting and engaging posts.
- Creating fun, trendy content that encourages followers to interact and share across all social media platforms.
- Tackling general marketing admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Assisting with replying to comments, messages, fostering conversations and engaging with online communities that align with the brand’s voice and values.
- Helping with writing compelling copy for social media posts, marketing materials, and campaigns that resonates with the company and client audiences whilst ensuring that all written and social content is consistent with the brand’s voice.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing strategies that meet company and client objectives.
- Collaborating with our design team to create eye-catching, scroll-stopping content.
- Assisting with identifying and collaborating with influencers
- Assisting with monitoring and analysing performance to ensure we’re always improving our content strategy.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications/PR or related field
- Highly creative
- Great attention to detail
- Be efficient, organised and task orientated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone of voices
- Comfortable working on MacOS
**Desirable**:
- Proven demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Mailchimp
- Video editing skills
