**How to Make the Starting Lineup**:

- A minimum of 2yrs Hospitality
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- RSA certificate, and TAB Certificate

- Proven experience as a Bartender mixing, serving and providing great customer service
- Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Support on the floor when required
