Lifecare is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior Receptionist to become the face of our Wembley clinic and play a key role in supporting our Allied Health team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week), working closely with and reporting into the Regional Practice Manager, and ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people’s day. - Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient
- Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations
- Responsible for rostering and ensuring adequate admin coverage within set targets
- Completing clinic timesheets and supporting payroll processing
- Managing debt and supporting effective debt recovery processes
- Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes
- Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
- Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required What we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds — experience in a medical or allied health setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role
- A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus
- Solid organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential Ready to join us?
