Senior Accounts Payable Officer (Subiaco)

Based in Perth, this organisation operates a complex group structure and manages a broad range of entities and cost centres in a high-value, professional environment. Your new role Reporting directly to an experienced and highly regarded Head of Finance, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function. This is a standalone AP role where you will be trusted to manage the entire process while working collaboratively with a small, high-performing finance team. Key responsibilities will include
- End-to-end accounts payable processing across multiple entities
- High-volume invoice processing, coding, and matching to purchase orders
- Supplier reconciliations and payment runs
- Managing corporate credit cards, including senior stakeholders
- Maintaining and improving AP processes and efficiencies
- Managing approvals workflows within an automated system
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactions
- Supporting the broader finance function where required What you'll need to succeed This role is suited to a confident and capable AP professional who enjoys owning their function. You will demonstrate:
- 3+ years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Experience working in a complex or multi-entity environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and maintaining professionalism
- Strong systems experience
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement What you'll get in return
