Accounts Payable Clerk (Subiaco)

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced, motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our friendly team in Subiaco. The Role The successful applicant must possess a proven track record in Accounts Payable, computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and willingness to take on recent tasks. The Accounts Payable role will include, but is not limited to:
- Matching purchase orders with invoices
- Obtaining appropriate levels of approval on all invoices
- Processing invoices into the system
- Vendor reconciliations
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly EFT payments
- Accurate allocation of invoices to correct GL accounts
- Manage vendor enquiries in relation to outstanding accounts
- End of Month requirements
- Ad hoc projects In addition, you must have the ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Ideally, you will have worked in the automotive industry and have experience using the ERA DMS. We in return offer successful applicants:
