Our Recreation Services team at **Lords Recreation Centre**are looking for enthusiastic **Casual Customer Service Officers**to join the team in providing a high standard of customer service in a qualified, efficient and courteous manner.

In joining the team you will be responsible for the following:

- Deliver 5-star customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Have a full understanding of our product range and operation to direct visitors/members to the appropriate person or department.
- Receive and action telephone calls and direct appropriately.
- Open and close the facility, adhering to safety and management guidelines.
- Facilitate the membership sales journey from enquiry to sign up. Assisting customers to identify best-suited membership and manage their membership needs, conducting centre tours as required.
- Process daytime court payments and game fees for sports competitions in the evening.
- Assist the Sports Team with updating competition results, forfeits procedures and finances.
- Take casual court bookings and payments.
- Support the Sports Team and Duty Managers with evening competition management as required.
- Receive and process payments that come across reception and by phone.
- Reconciliation of daily takings and balancing of cashier floats.
- Receive and distribute keys to Community Facilities.

The essential requirements for this position include:

- Current Police Clearance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and evenings.
- Demonstrated outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Ability to meet personal and team-based KPIs.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound administration skills and ability to use corporate computer systems.
- Strong organisational ability and well developed multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and ability to perform without supervision in a team environment.
- Strong team player and displays a willingness to multi-task to meet the requirements of the organisation.

**Hourly Rate**:$36.40 per hour, inclusive of casual loading.
