They are looking to expand and are recruiting for an experienced RF Engineer to take a lead position within their growing development team. Projects will involve leading on RF design and delivery of RF subsystems, and will require a combination of deep RF expertise and team leadership.

Requirements

After graduating with a degree in electronics or similar, you will have significant commercially-focused project experience in RF design for communication technologies.

You will have demonstrable expertise with RF simulation and design tools, backed with strong understanding of RF theory and application.

Through hands‑on work, you’ll be highly familiar with RF test equipment and methodologies.

You’ll be a confident team leader and people-focused mentor, with robust communication skills and ability to delineate problems and know-how to solve them.
