Position Purpose
Esteemed Financial Services Pty Ltd (trading as Esteemed Home Loans) is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to expand its business.
Responsibilities
Contact all current enquiries to engage and determine their finance requirements.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
Assess clients financial position to determine their capacity to attain lending and provide recommendations in line with the assessments.
Educate clients on the various mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
Processing loans from submission to settlement and liaising with all related parties such as banks, solicitors, realtors.
Provide clients with timely and relevant updates on the processing of their loans.
Regular ongoing contact with clients to provide ongoing services
Ensure compliance with all banking and financial legislation and codes of conduct
Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
Skills and Attributes:
At least 2 years of experience in financial sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Energetic and driven personality
Solid communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers
